What will your European filing cost in official fees?
Pick the office, the operation and the number of classes — the calculator returns the official
fees payable to the INPI (France) and the EUIPO (European Union), instantly.
How to read these numbers
Official fees only. These are the amounts payable to the offices, set by their published fee schedules. Attorney fees are separate — our transparent flat-fee packages start at €500 for a one-class French filing; see fees and costs.
All official fees are set and payable in euros. For USD budgeting, apply the day's EUR→USD rate — we bill in EUR or USD, at your choice.
Madrid Protocol filings are not in this calculator. WIPO fees are paid in Swiss francs and vary by office of origin, reproduction and designations — WIPO publishes an official calculator, which we use when preparing estimates. Background: the Madrid route.
Renewals: a French mark can be renewed at the earliest 12 months before expiry; after expiry, a 6-month grace period applies with a 50% surcharge. Details: trademark renewal.
